I am just wondering why peanuts sold by vendors in our country is always hot. I mean literally hot and not spicy. I usually meet these vendors while riding a bus on the way to my hometown. You can also see most of them in bus terminals.
It's said peanuts are delicious to eat while it's hot. I agree because peanuts will not be crunchy anymore if it's already cold or perhaps old. That's why vendors usually promote their peanuts by saying that it's newly cook and still hot.
Whenever and where ever you meet a peanut vendor, expect that he will say that he's selling newly cook and hot peanuts. They don't mind if it's true or not as long as they can sell. In the costumers' side, they also don't care about what the vendor is saying. It's already very ordinary to hear. And also very ordinary to say for the vendors.
If you want hot peanuts 24 hours, go to the Philippines.
